Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the MySocietyEntry platform ("Platform"), registering as a channel partner, broker, or corporate client, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Partner" or "User") and MySocietyEntry Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of India.

To register as a Channel Partner, Broker, or Corporate Client on MySocietyEntry, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age • Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration • Not have been previously suspended or terminated from the Platform • For corporate registrations: be duly authorized to represent your organization We reserve the right to reject any registration at our sole discretion without providing reasons.

As a Channel Partner or Broker on our Platform, you agree to: • Represent MySocietyEntry's products and services accurately and ethically • Not make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about the Platform's capabilities • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and not share account access • Not solicit or onboard societies that are already registered directly with MySocietyEntry • Comply with all applicable laws, including RERA regulations (if applicable) • Promptly report any issues, disputes, or violations to our partner support team • Not engage in any activity that could harm the reputation of MySocietyEntry

4.1 Commission Eligibility: Partners earn commission only on societies successfully onboarded under their referral ID and whose subscription payments have been received and cleared by MySocietyEntry. 4.2 Payment Schedule: Commissions are calculated at the end of each calendar month and disbursed within the first 10 business days of the following month via bank transfer. 4.3 Tax Deduction: All commission payments are subject to applicable TDS under the Income Tax Act, 1961. Partners must provide a valid PAN for TDS purposes. 4.4 Disputes: Any commission disputes must be raised within 30 days of the payment date. Disputes raised after this period will not be entertained. 4.5 Modification: MySocietyEntry reserves the right to modify the commission structure with 30 days' prior written notice to partners.

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials on the Platform are the exclusive property of MySocietyEntry Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. Partners may use MySocietyEntry's brand assets (logo, name, marketing materials) solely for the purpose of promoting the Platform in their assigned territory, subject to our brand guidelines. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Partners may have access to confidential information including pricing, commission structures, technical details, and customer data. You agree to: • Keep all confidential information strictly confidential • Not disclose confidential information to any third party without our prior written consent • Use confidential information only for purposes related to your authorized activities as a Partner • Promptly notify us if you become aware of any unauthorized disclosure This obligation of confidentiality survives termination of your partner relationship.

MySocietyEntry processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023. Partners must: • Not collect, store, or process any resident or society data independently outside of the Platform • Ensure that societies they onboard are informed about MySocietyEntry's data practices • Immediately report any data breach or suspected breach to our security team • Comply with all applicable data protection laws in India Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8.1 By Partner: You may terminate your partner relationship at any time by providing 30 days' written notice to partners@mysocietyentry.com. 8.2 By MySocietyEntry: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you: • Breach any provision of these Terms • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical conduct • Fail to comply with applicable laws • Are involved in activities that harm MySocietyEntry's reputation or interests 8.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the partner dashboard will be revoked. Any earned but unpaid commissions will be settled within 60 days, subject to any deductions for disputes or chargebacks.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, MySocietyEntry shall not be liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities • Any claims arising from your interactions with societies or their residents • System downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control Our total liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra. Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email to your registered email address at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
